Detail Protective Actions drop down menu

Update Status:  This option is available when:

1. All fields except On Behalf Of are  completed
2. All 7 Safety Narratives tied to Protective Action are completed.
3. There is at least one Child.
4. There is at least one Protective Caregiver.

Select this option to update the status to Ready For Review.  If not all criteria are met the Protective Action Status Change Edit Errors window opens.

This option is also enabled for supervisors to change a Protective Action from Ready For Review to Final or Revision Requested status.  The Protective Action Status Change window opens.

When the status change is complete the Confirm Save pop-up window for Protective Actions opens.

Select Completed By:  Select this option to open the Search Staff Person window to select the staff person completing the Protective Action.

Add Children:  Select this option open the Children Involved in Safety Assessment window.

Add Protective Caregiver:  Select this option to open the Add Person window.  A Caretaker can be added that is not already in the Safety Assessment.

Remove Person:  The Remove Person option enables when a person line is highlighted.  Select this option to remove a person from the Protective Action.  A Remove Person Confirmation pop-up window opens.

Print Protective Action:  Select this option to open the Print window for printer selections.
