Maximize Narrative

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Maximize Narrative window is opened by selecting the Maximize icon on the  Safety Narrative window.  It is used to view the a larger portion of the narrative than appears in the Current or Prior Narrative boxes on the Safety Narrative window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

The current contents of the narrative added or updated if opened from the Current Narrative box.

The contents can be viewed only if opened from the Prior Narrative box.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save any changes and close the window.
	Select the Clear button to remove all narrative that appears when in Add or Update status.
.	Select the Spell Check button to open the Spell Check process.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without making any changes and return to the Safety Narrative window.
