The Safety Assessment Review window is used by supervisors and designated staff to review and approve the Safety Assessment components.

CFS Case Name: This field displays the name on the CFS Program Case.
Mode: The current window mode displays under the Close and Main Menu icons
Worker Name: This field displays the name of the staff person assigned to the safety assessment.
Review Question List Box:
This box contains a list of all the criteria that must be met for the Safety Assessment to be considered complete and set to final status.
When a question line is highlighted the Action buttons are enabled.
Answer each question.
Only the answers that are valid for the question will be enabled.
The Enter Key can be used to repeat the same answer as the one on the previous line.
When all the question only has a Yes answer available and the reviewer does not believe the worker met the criteria the answer should be left unanswered and documented in the Review Issues Narrative.
Criteria numbers 19 to 24 will only display when the Safety Assessment Type is Initial Assessment or New CAN/Safety threats.

Select the N/A button to indicate that the criteria was not applicable. |
