The Safety Assessment, Protective Action, and Safety Plan components all require that a supervisor review the N-FOCUS data and set the component to Final Status.
The Safety Assessment requires the PSS Review.
Once a component has been set to Final Status, it cannot be reopened or updated by anyone. If changes need to be made after finalization, the only option is to complete a new component.
