The Safety Assessment Status History window is opened by selecting the Status History button or selecting the Status History option in the Action drop down menu on the Detail Safety Assessment window. It displays a list of the status's for the Safety Assessment and the dates the status's changed.
Status: This column displays the type of status.
Begin Date: This column displays the date the status began.
Begin Time: This column displays the time the status began.
End Date: This column displays an end date when the status has ended.
Update Userid: This column displays the userID of the staff person who changed the status.
On Behalf Of: This column displays the logonID of the staff person responsible for the status change.
