The Detail Safety Assessment window opens
when the New icon or an instance is selected and the Open
icon
is selected on the List Safety Assessment window.
This window
is used to document the Safety Assessment.

CFS Case Name: This field displays the CFS Program Case Name.
Mode: The current action mode for the window displays under the Main Menu icon.
Assessment Group Box:
Type:
Select
the assessment type from the list in the drop down box .
Intake:
Select
the Intake search arrow button to open the Search
Intake window so the intake can be tied to the assessment.
Begin Date: Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY). the worker starts the assessment process. The date must be the current date or earlier, but must be later than any previous assessments.
Begin Time: Enter the time the assessment process began. This can be regular or military time.
Status: This field displays the assessment status.
as of: This field displays the current assessment status begin date.
Updated by: In ADD mode this field displays the logon ID of the last person to update the Safety Assessment. In UPDATE mode this field displays the logon ID of the person who created the Safety Assessment.
Conclusion:
This field
displays when the answer to the Confirm Save
Child Unsafe question is Yes. Click
the drop down box and select the appropriate safety assessment conclusion.
Number: This field displays the number assigned to this Safety Assessment.

Persons Involved in Assessment List Box:
Name: This column displays the first and last name of the person.
Birth Date: This column displays the person's date of birth.
Resides in Home: This column displays the person's household status.
NCP: This column displays the person's status as a non-custodial parent.
Contact Only: this column displays whether the person's involvement was only for a contact.
Relative: This column displays whether the person is a relative.
Relationship to Family: This column displays the person's relationship to the family.
Begin Date: This column displays the date the person's involvement in the assessment began.
End Date: This column displays the date the person's involvement in the assessment ended.

The Case Person icon is enabled when a person in the list is highlighted. Select it to open the Person Detail window. |

Supervisor: This field displays the name of the supervisor who reviewed the Safety Assessment. The field is blank until a review is completed.
On Behalf of: This field displays the name of the supervisor responsible for the review when another supervisor completed the review.'

The CFSSP Review button is not enabled when the Safety Assessment is in DRAFT status. When enabled select it to open the Safety Assessment Review. |
