The Safety Factor Detail window open when a completed description line is double clicked on the Safety Factors window. It is used to view the complete text of the description.
Safety Factor Number: This field displays the number of the safety factor.
Answer: This field displays the current answer to the description.
Name: This field displays the name of the child being assessed.
Description Box:
The complete text for the safety assessment factor is displayed.

Select the OK button to close the window and return to the Safety Factors window. |
