The Safety Factor Narrative window is used to document the Threshold criteria for each of the Safety Factors that was answered with a Yes. All of the narrative boxes must be completed before the Safety Assessment can be finalized but the Narrative page can be saved if only partially completed.
Narratives for Safety Factor Narratives answered No are optional.
Save after the narrative for each Safety Factor is completed before moving to the next Safety Factor.

CFS Case Name: This field displays the CFS Program Case Person name.
Mode: The current window mode is displayed under the Close icon.
Safety Factor Group Box:
Safety Factor: Select a Safety Factor Number from those in the drop down list. Factor numbers that are followed by a Y are mandatory.
Description: When a Safety Factor number is selected the complete Safety Factor displays.

OBSERVABLE AND SPECIFIC: Enter narrative for this criteria.
SEVERE EFFECTS: Enter narrative for this criteria.
OUT OF CONTROL: Enter narrative for this criteria.
IMMINENT: Enter narrative for this criteria.
CHILD VULNERABILITY: Enter narrative for this criteria.
