The Safety Plan Review History window opens when the Review History button is selected on the Detail Safety Plan window. It is used to display a list of the completed Safety Plan reviews.
Review List Box;
Review Date: This column displays the date the Safety Plan review was completed.
Reviewed By: This column displays the name of the staff person who completed the Safety Plan review.
Data Entered By: This column displays the name of the staff person who entered the Safety Plan review information on the N-FOCUS system if it is a different person than the one who completed the Safety Plan review.
