Detail Safety Plan

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Detail Safety Plan window is opened from the List Safety Plan window.  It is used to document the details of the Safety Plan for the CFS child.  A CFS case must be created before the safety plan.

Safety Plan Overview

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

CFS Case Name:  This field displays the name of the CFS Program Case.

Mode:  The current window
ADD
UPDATE
INQUIRYmode displays under the close icon.

Safety Plan Group Box:

Begin Date:  Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY).  the worker starts the Safety Plan process.  The date must be the current date or earlier, but must be later than any previous Safety Plans.

Begin Time:  Enter the time the Safety Plan process began.  This can be regular or military time.

Status:  This field displays the Safety Plan status.

as of:  This field displays the current Safety Plan status begin date.

Updated by:  In ADD mode this field displays the logon ID of the last person to update the Safety Plan.  In UPDATE mode this field displays the logon ID of the person who created the Safety Plan.

Completed By:  Use the Arrow to open the Search Staff Person window to select the staff person completing the Safety Plan.

Number:  This field displays the Number assigned to the Safety Plan by N-FOCUS.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Narrative button to open the Safety Narrative window with Safety Plan Narrative Types listed.
	Select the Plan button to open the Safety Plan Action Item Narrative window.
	Select the Status History button to open the Safety Plan Status History window.
	Select the Analysis button to answer questions.  If No is selected for any questions, narrative entry for that question(s) is mandatory.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Persons Involved in Safety Plan List box:

Name:  This column displays the first and last name of the person.

Birth Date:  This column displays the person's date of birth.

Home:  This column displays the person's
IN or OUThousehold status.

NCP:  This column displays the person's
Y = yes
N = nostatus as a non-custodial parent.

Monitor:  This column displays whether the
Y = yes
N = noperson's involvement is that of the Safety Monitor.

Relative:  This column displays whether the person is a
Y = yes
N = norelative.

Description:  This column displays the person's relationship to the family.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Case Person icon is enabled when a person in the list is highlighted.  Select it to open the Person Detail window.
	Select the Add/Update button to open the Detail Safety Plan Person Involvement window.
	Select the Suitability button to open the Detail Safety Plan Participant Assessment window.

Periodic Safety Plan Review Group Box ( By Worker):

This box displays the weekly Safety Plan review information.

Review Date:  This field displays the date the Safety Plan was reviewed.

Reviewed By:  This field displays the name of the Staff Person who completed the review.

:  Select the Review History button to open the Safety Plan Review History window.

Reviewed By Group Box:

Supervisor:  This field displays the name of the Supervisor that reviewed the Safety Plan.

On Behalf Of:  This field displays the name of the person who reviewed the Safety Plan for the Supervisor.
