Change Monthly Maintenance

WINDOWS OVERVIEW:

The Change Monthly Maintenance window opens when the View/Update Monthly Maintenance option is selected on the Detail Trust Fund Account Actions drop down menu. This window is used to update the monthly maintenance status.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

State Ward Group Box:

Name: This field displays the first and last name of the state ward.

Account Number: This field displays the state ward trust fund account number.

Monthly Maintenance History List box:

Status: This column displays the "yes" or "no" status for the monthly maintenance payments

Begin Date: This column displays the date the status began.

End Date: This column displays the date the status ended.

Monthly Maintenance Group Box:

m No: Click on the No radio button to NOT have Monthly Maintenance paid from this account.

m Yes: Click on the Yes radio button to have Monthly Maintenance paid from this account.

Effective Date: Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) the status should be changed.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to save your selection and return to the Detail Trust Fund Account window.
Select the Cancel button to return to the Detail Trust Fund Account window without saving.
