Monthly Maintenance Payment History

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Monthly Maintenance Payment History window opens when the Monthly Maintenance Payment History option is selected on the Detail Trust Fund Account Detail drop down menu. It is used to view a history of maintenance payment determination for the selected account. This is an inquiry only window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

State Ward Group Box:

Name: This field displays the name of the State Ward.

Account Number: This field displays the State Ward's account number.

Monthly Maintenance Payment History List Box:

Status: This column displays a Yes or No indicating if Monthly Maintenance is paid from this account.

Begin Date: This column displays the date the maintenance payment determination began.

End Date: This column displays the date the maintenance payment determination ended.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to close the window and return to the Detail Trust Fund Account window.
