Transaction History

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Transaction History window opens when the Transaction History option is selected on the Detail Trust Fund Account Detail drop down menu. It is used to view a history of all the transactions for the selected account.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Person Group Box:

Name: This field displays the State Ward's name.

SSN: This field displays the State Ward's social security number.

Birthdate: This field displays the State Ward's date of birth.

Account Group Box:

Number: This field displays the number of the account.

Status: This field displays the status of the account.

Type: This field displays the type of trust fund account.

Bank: This field displays the name used for the Commercial Bank Account organization.

Account Transactions List Box:

Date: This column displays the date of the transaction with the most current at the top of the list.

Description: This column displays the transaction description.

Debit: This column displays the amount removed from the account.

Credit: This column displays the amount added to the account.

Balance: This column displays the balance of the account after the credit or debit transaction.

Payee: This column displays the name of the person or organization that received the debit.

Reference #: This column displays the transaction number of the debit transaction.

Comments: This column displays any comments added to the transaction.

Receipt #: This column displays the transaction number of the credit transaction.

Organization The Organization icon is enabled when a transaction row is highlighted and the payment was to an organization. Select the icon to open the Detail Organization for the selected row.
Person Detail The Person Detail icon is enabled when a transaction row is highlighted and the payment was to an individual. Select the icon to open the Person Detail for the selected row.

ACTION BUTTONS:

More Minus The More Minus button is enabled when the More Plus button has been used to view additional pages of information. Select the button to return to the previously viewed pages.
More Plus The More Plus button is enabled when there are more pages of information than the list box can display. Select this button to view the additional pages.
