The YLS Assessment pop-up window opens when the supervisor selects the Approve option on the YLS Assessment Detail - Actions drop down menu. it is used to request the Safety Assessment be sent for scoring.
Request Safety Assessment: Select this box if there is information collected during the assessment process indicating that a Family Safety Assessment should be completed. This is a case involving the safety of the ward or other children in the home.
