Assessment Narrative

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Assessment Narrative window is opened when the Assessment Narrative option is selected on the YLS Assessment Detail - Detail drop down menu .  This narrative is used to document additional information that does not fit other narrative definitions or exceeded the narrative limitations.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Assessment Narrative Box:

This narrative box is used to document additional information that does not fit other narrative definitions or exceeded the narrative limitations.  The box is limited to 250 characters.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the narrative and return to the YLS Assessment Detail window.
	Select the Clear button to erase any narrative not yet saved and stay on the window to start again.
	Select the Spell Check button to open the Spelling and Grammar window.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the YLS Assessment Detail window without saving the narrative changes or updates.
