The YLS Assessment Status History window opens when the Status History option is selected in the YLS Assessment Detail - Actions drop down menu. The window displays a history of the assessment status for the juvenile.
Status: This column displays the status of the assessment as of the date in the begin date column.
Begin Date: This column displays the date the status began.
Begin Time: This column displays the time when the assessment status was entered into the N-FOCUS system.
End Date: this column displays the date the assessment status ended.
End Time: This column displays the time when the assessment status was ended.
