List Service Needs Assessment

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Service Needs Assessment window displays a list of all the service need assessments for a person.  The window is opened from the Service Needs Assessment icon on the N-FOCUS Main Menu or the Person Detail window.

For Denied status assessments, the information includes the assessment ID number, the begin and end dates of service, the status and status reason.

To view the details of an assessment highlight the assessment line and double click or select the open icon .

Service Needs Assessment Overview

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Name:  The field displays the person' first name, middle name, last name, and any name extension.

Assessment List Box:

Number:  This column displays the unique identification number assigned by the system to this assessment.

Begin Date:  This column displays the begin date of the service need assessment.

End Date:  This column displays the end date of the service need assessment.

Status:  This column displays the
Draft
Approved
Deniedstatus of the service need assessment.

Status Reason:  When the status of an assessment is denied this column will display the reason for the denial.
