Case Summary - Current
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Case Summary - Current Tab displays a list of Program Cases and Persons included in each program case. The list includes both Mainframe and Expert system cases.
To view all the history information on a case, highlight a program case and select the Case History button.
To view all the history information for a person in a program case, highlight the person from the expanded list and select the Person History button.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
PC LAST NAME: This column displays the last name of person who is the program case name.
PC FIRST NAME: This column displays the first name of the person who is the program case name.
PROGRAM: This column displays the type of program case.
ASST: This column displays the type of assistance.
STATUS: This column displays the status of the program case.
STATUS REASON: This column displays the reason for the status entry.
BEGIN DATE: This column displays the date the displayed status began.
PC NUMBER: This column displays the program case number.
Last Name: This column displays the last name of the person(s) in the expanded program case.
First Name: This column displays the first name of the person(s) in the expanded program case.
DOB/EDD: This column displays the person’s month and year of birth or the expected date of delivery for unborns.
Role: This column displays the person’s role in the program case.
Status: This column displays the person’s status in the program case.
Status Reason: This column displays the reason for the person’s status.
Begin Date: This column displays the person’s household status.
Ovrd: This column displays a “Y” code if there is a configuration override on the program case.

The Case History button is enabled when a program case has been highlighted. It opens the Case History window for the program case. |
