List Benefit Summary

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Benefit Summary window displays a list of all authorized budgets in the Master case. Active program cases are listed first followed by closed and denied program cases. Budget details for the program cases listed may be selected from this window.

The window opens with all the program cases in the collapsed view ( A + sign before the program case row indicates there is more information available if expanded).

The List may be expanded to view a list of individual budget months for the program. (A - sign before the program case row indicates the information has been expanded and can be collapsed).

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Master Case Group Box:

Name: This field displays the Master Case name.

Number: This field displays the Master Case system assigned number.

DHHS Office: This field displays the Office where the case is assigned.

The View All button enables when a program case row is highlighted. Select this icon to open the View All Budgets window for the highlighted program case.

List Group Box:

Program Case Row ( the headings in the top row correspond to the program case information row)

Last Name: This field displays the last name of the program case name person.

First Name: This field displays the first name of the program case name person.

Program: This field displays the type of program case.

Assistance: This field displays the type of assistance within the program type.

PC Status: This field displays the status of the program case.

PC Number: This field displays the system assigned program case number.

Budget Information Row (the lower row is budget information viewable only in expanded view.)

Auth Amt: This field displays the amount of authorized benefits.

Elig: This field displays the eligibility status of the budget. ("PASS" or "FAIL".)

Type: This field displays the type of budget created. ("REGU" = regular or "RECA" = recalculated.)

Iss: This field displays issuance status of the program case benefits. ("Y" benefits have been issued or "N" benefits have not been issued.)

Category: This field displays the category type within the program type. (Not all programs have sub-categories.)

Begin Date: This field displays the date the status of the program case began.

End Date: This field displays the date the status of the program case ends.

Creation Date: This field displays the date the budget was created.
