The Person History window displays the history information for the selected person within the selected Program Case including any configuration override information.

Person Group Box:
This group box displays the last and first name of the Program Case Person and their date of birth.
Program Case Group Box:
This group box displays the last and first name of the Program Case Name Person, the type of program, and program case number of the selected program case.
Person History List Box:
This box displays the history of the person’s involvement in the program case. The history might not have information for all columns
Role: The first column displays the person's role in the program case.
FR Role Reason: The second column displays the reason a person has a financially responsible role in a program case.
Assistance Code: The third column displays the program assistance code.
Status: The fourth column displays the person's status.
Status Reason: The fifth column displays the person's status reason.
Begin Date: The sixth column displays the begin date.
End Date: The seventh column displays the end date.
Override: The Eighth column displays a "Y" indicator if the configuration for this time period was overridden.
Eligibility Decision Date: The Ninth column displays the date that the budget was authorized changing the status to Active.
