WINDOW OVERVIEW:

This window lists all the expert system program cases that have been established in this master case for the selected month.

The program cases may be expanded to show all program participants and their program and household status’s.

Participant Actions - Overview

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Benefit Month: The benefit month will be set to the current month. Open the drop down list to select the benefit month that you wish to process if needed. (Only available when in active view). All the case and person information will then be displayed as of the selected benefit month.

PC LAST NAME: The last name of person who is the program case name.

PC FIRST NAME: The first name of the person who is the program case name.

PROGRAM: The type of expert system program case.

PC STATUS: The status of the program case in the month selected in Benefit Month above.

PC NUMBER: The program case number.

Last Name: The last name of the person(s) in the expanded program case.

First Name: The first name of the person(s) in the expanded program case.

DOB/EDD: The person’s date of birth or the expected date of delivery for unborns.

Role: The person’s role in the program case.

Status: The person’s status in the program case.

Status Reason: The reason for the person’s status.

HH Status: The person’s household status.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Add button is enabled in active view to allow the addition of more persons to the program cases.
	The Close button is enabled in active view to allow for closing persons from the program cases.
	The Reopen button is enabled in active view to allow for reopening a highlighted person in a program case.
	Select the Help button to display the help information for the active task.
