Participant Actions - Overview

The Participant Actions task is used to add, close, or reopen participants within AABD, ADC, SNAP, ES MED, and Retro MED program cases. This included closing a participant from the unit caused by a sanction action
For CSE Sanctions the responsible person will be removed in the Participant Actions Task but they need to be left "In Household" status to remove them from the medical assistance case but remain in the Standard of Need. (11-15-00).

The Participant Actions task is not used for TMA, TMA-G, FW, IL, or Waiver cases.

Single participant cases (including FW, IL, and Waiver) must use the Case Actions task instead of the Participant Actions task.

Selection of a Benefit Month is required to process the Participant Actions task.

A single selection (click) on the Participant Actions task in the navigator opens the view only Participant Actions Current Tab. A double selection (click) on the Participant Actions task in the navigator opens the active view where add, close, and reopen functions are available.
