Address History

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Address History is an inquiry window that displays the address history for a person.

How Do I:

View Address History

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Person Group Box:

This box displays identifying information about the person.

Name: This field displays the name of the person.

Birth Date: This field displays the persons date of birth.

Number: This field displays the Agency Related Person Number (ARP)..

Sex: This field displays the person’s gender code.

Address History List Box:

Begin Date: This field displays the begin date for the listed address.

End Date: If there is no entry in the “End Date” column, that address is the address being used. Note: This field displays the end date for the listed address.

Type: This field displays the type of address: “PA” = physical “MA” = mailing. Addresses are sorted first by physical and then mailing. Within this sort, the addresses are displayed in chronological order with the most current address at the top.

Address:  This field displays the address.  This could be the street address for a physical address or the P.O. Box for a mailing address.

Asterisk: An Asterisk displays before the address if the address is identified as the last known address.

Update Timestamp: This field displays the exact time and date of the latest change to the specific address.

Update Userid: This field displays the N-FOCUS userid of the person who entered the latest change to the specific address.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the changes and return to the Person Detail window.
	Select the Help button to display window level help.
