Person Detail
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Person Detail window displays the details about a person. Demographic information, addresses, telephone numbers, pregnancy information, school attendance or tribal affiliation can be added or changed and verified. Program case involvement’s can be viewed
Certain changes to demographic data on this window may cause a verified Social Security Number to become unverified. This will create an automatic interface with the Social Security Administration to verify the Social Security Number.
Note: If the Master Case or any person who is IN the Household within the Master Case needs to be protected because of Domestic Violence, the information will be marked as RESTRICTED. This designation will display on the Detail Master Case window, and the Person Detail window. During the Search process, for each person within a Restricted Master Case, the restriction will also display on the Search by Address, Search by Phone and Search by Account windows. Search information will not display for Restricted Persons or Master Cases.
Note: State Ward Details are available by selecting the Detail Menu.

How Do I:
FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Person Name Group Box:
First: This field displays the first name of the person. (If this is a new person, enter the first name in this field.) This is a mandatory field.
Middle: This field displays the middle name or initial of the person. If this is a new person, enter the middle name or initial in this field. This is an optional field.
Last:This field displays the last name of the person. If this is a new person, enter the last name in this field. This is a mandatory field.
How Do I:
Ext: This field displays the name extension of the person. Example: Jr., IV If this is a new person, enter the name extension in this field. This is an optional field.
SSN: This field displays the Social Security Number of the person. If this is a new person or if adding a SSN to an existing person, enter in the format 123456789. The system will automatically put in the hyphens when tabbing off the field. Note: This field is optional unless the person is the Master Case Name person.
Birth Date: This field displays the person’s birth date. If adding the date of birth, enter the date in the format of MM/DD/YYYY. The system automatically supplies the dashes when tabbing off the field. This field is optional.
Note: A Master Case cannot be checked out to the Expert System without this field completed for all Master Case Persons.
Deceased Date: This field displays the person’s date of death. If adding the date of death, enter the date in the format of MM/DD/YYYY. The system automatically supplies the dashes when tabbing off the field. This is an optional field.
Sex Group Box:
Select the that described the person's gender.
Female: Select this radio button if the person is a female.
Male Select this radio button if the person is a male.
Unknown: Select this radio button if the gender of the person is not known.
Person Number: This is the unique number N-FOCUS assigned to this person.
