Person Verification Data

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Person Verification Data window is used to view or update the verification for SSN, Citizenship, Identity, Date of Birth, and or Deceased Date of the Case Person selected in the Person Detail window.

Note: The SSN is display only and cannot be updated.  If a change is needed for the SSN, call N-FOCUS Production Support 1-888-281-6629 or 402-471-9698.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Person List Box:

This box displays the first and last name of the Case Person.

Verification Information Box:

SSN:  This field and row displays information about the person's Social Security Number.

Citizenship: This row displays information about the person's Citizenship.

Identity: This row displays information regarding the person's identity.

Birth Date:  This field displays the person's date of birth.

Deceased Date: This row displays information if the person is deceased.

Verification Source:  This column displays the method used to verify the Social Security Number, Citizenship, Identity, Birth Date and/or Deceased Date. The SSN and Deceased Date will be populated via interface. The other verification sources are selected from the drop down.

Date:  This column displays the date the information was verified.

HUB Verification Source:  This row shows information obtained via interface with the HUB.

Date:  This column displays the date the information in the row was received.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to close the window and save any updates to the verifications.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without saving any changes to the verifications.
