SSN History

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The SSN History window opens when the SSN History button is selected on the Person Detail window.  It displays a list of Social Security Numbers used by N-FOCUS for the selected case person.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Person Box:

This box displays the name of the Program Case Person with a name history.

SSN History List Box:

SSN:  this column displays the Social Security Number used in N-FOCUS.

Type:  This column displays the type of the Social Security number.

Begin Date:  This column displays the date N-FOCUS began using the number.  If there is only one number for the person this column is blank.

End Date:  This column displays the date N-FOCUS quit using the number. If there is only one number for the person this column is blank.

Updated By:  This column displays the source of the Social Security Number information.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to close the window.
