WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Name/Payee/NH Rep Current window lists all the expert system program cases that have been established in this master case.

The program cases may be expanded to show all program case names and payee status’s.

Name/Payee/NH Rep Overview

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

PROGRAM: The type of expert system program case.

ASST: The type of expert system assistance.

PC STATUS: The status of the program case.

PC NUMBER: The program case number.

Role: The person’s role in the program case.

Last Name: The last name of the person(s) in the expanded program case.

First Name: The first name of the person(s) in the expanded program case.

DOB/EDD: The person’s date of birth or the expected date of delivery for unborns.

Org. Name: The name of the organization who is the payee for the program case.

Begin Date: The begin date of the program case name or payee designation.

End Date: This field will always be blank in the Current view.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Update button enables when a program case is highlighted in the list above.
	The Help button displays the help information for the active task.
