Name/Payee/NH Rep Overview
The Name/Payee/NH Rep Task is used to change the case name, case payee name designation for program cases or the Nursing Home Representative name.
Selection of a Benefit month is not required for this task. Any changes are effective the date the action is taken.
A single selection (click) on the Name/Payee/NH Rep task in the navigator opens the view only Name/Payee/NH Rep Current Tab. A double selection (click) on the Name/Payee/NH Rep Overview task in the navigator opens the active view where update function is available.
When an unborn is the only participant in a medical assistance case the system will make the unborn the program case name and payee. The program case name and payee for the case needs to be changed to the mother name in this task.
