Name/Payee/NH Rep Update

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Name/Payee/NH Rep Update window is used to change the program case name, payee name or nursing home representative for the program case highlighted on the Current window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Program Case: This field displays the type, number, and status of the program case that was selected for a change of program case name or payee name.

Administrative Role(s): This field allows selection of the Payee and/or Case Name designation. One or both may be selected. For Food Stamp cases the same person must have both roles. When appropriate box or boxes is selected a check mark will appear in the box.

Person: This field lists the person(s) in the Master case that may selected to be Payee or Program Case Name. The list will include only persons who are eligible to be in a Payee or Program Case Name according to program rules. The Payee status will not be available for Medical assistance cases. Address information is required for persons who have a Program Case Name designation. Highlight the person selected for the new role.

ACTION BUTTONS:

The OK button is used to save the information that has been currently entered. It will be enabled when all required information has been entered.
The Cancel button is used to leave the window and NOT save the information that has been currently entered.
The Help button displays the help information for the active task. .
