The Detail FCRO Review window is used to view or record information regarding the assignment of and/or review of the FCRO child.
The worker must have appropriate security to add or update this window.
A Review must include the FCRO Board Number and the Assignment Date or the FCRO Board Number and the Meeting Date.
Review information can be entered for anyone associated with a FCRO Person Tracking Record.
The window can be opened from Search FCRO Review window, the review Icon on the Detail FCRO Person Tracking window, or the List FCRO Review window.
The window information must be saved before flowing to other areas.

How Do I:
Document FCRO Review Information
Last: This field displays the person's last name or the adoption identifier ( if this is a private adoption) associated with the Detail FCRO Person Tracking window.
First: This field displays the person's (ARP) first name. It will be blank if there is an adoption identifier in the last name field.
Previous Name: This field displays any previous name (from the Name History) used by the person.
Mode: This field displays the current window mode. In UPDATE mode any or all of the fields can be changed.
Filed Under: This field displays the name from the Detail FCRO Person Tracking window.
AKA: This field displays the Also Know As name from the Name History. If there is no AKA name available, it is blank.
Board Number: This field displays the FCRO Board number. For a new review enter the FCRO Board Number. This is a mandatory field.
Assignment Date: Enter the first day of the month the review is assigned (MM-01-YYYY). When a day other than the first of the month is entered the system will change it to the first.
Meeting Date: Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) of the review meeting.
Lifetime Review Number: Enter the number of reviews completed on this case.
Review Specialist: Enter the Logon ID of the Review Specialist if known. The validity of the ID entered will be checked immediately, and if invalid an error message will be displayed. The Review Specialist ID is associated with the Review when the Review is saved.

Staff Person window where the name of the staff person can be selected.
Use the return arrow
to bring the staff person ID back
to the Review Specialist field.
Name: If the Logon ID is valid, the Review Specialist's name will be displayed.
Custody Agency: This field displays custody agency information entered in the Person Tracking window flow.
Custody Effective Date: This field displays the custody effective date entered in the Person Tracking window flow.
Case Manager: This field is enabled
if the custody agency is DHHS or DHHS-OJS.
Enter the case manager login ID. If this person is in more than one position,
the List Office Position window opens. Select the appropriate
position and use the return arrow
to bring it back to this
window. If the Logon ID is invalid an error message displays.

When the custody
agency is DHHS or DHHS-OJS, select the arrow to display the Search Office Position window where the office position
can be selected and returned to the Case Manager field with the return
arrow . If the staff person is filling more than 1 position,
select the desired position from the List Office Position
window. The Contact Person and File Location will be populated with the
staff person and office location. |

The Office Position icon is enabled when the Case Manager Name is completed from the Person Tracking window flow. It is used to view the Detail Office Position window for the selected staff position. |
Contact Person: This field is enabled when the custody agency is not DHHS or DHHS-OJS. Enter the contact person's name.
File Location: This field is enabled when the custody agency is not DHHS or DHHS-OJS. Enter the location of the FCRO file and contact person.
Case Manager Updated Date: If the custody agency is DHHS or DHHS-OJS, a row of history will be created when the user changes the Position and the Case Manager updated date. If the only change is the Position OR the Case Manager updated date, the system will update the existing row. If the custody agency is NOT DHHS or DHHS-OJS, a row of history will be created when the user changes the Case Manager updated date AND either the contact person OR the file location, or both. If only one of the 3 fields is changed, the system will update the existing row. The history of staff turnover within a position is maintained on the existing Detail Office Position window. Additional historical information is available on the Detail Program Case Assignments window.
Number of Case Managers: Enter the number of case managers for this case.
In Care Date from: This field displays the begin of the most current (based on the begin date) In Care record.
to: This field displays the date the most current In Care record ended.
End Reason: When there is an end date, this field displays the end code and the reason the record was closed. If the child is currently in care the In Care End date and End Reason will be blank.
Notes: This is a free text field allowing entry of review notes up to 500 characters. This field also displays the text entered in the Detail Person Tracking window. Updates are reflected in the display on both this window and the Detail Person Tracking window. Printing of the notes field must be done through the Detail Person Tracking window.
