Owner(s) Tab

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Owner(s) tab is used display the owner(s) of the resource. If the owner was selected on the Resources - Current window only that person will be displayed. If the resource was selected on the Resources - Current all resource owners will be displayed. Updates are made by highlighting a row and selecting the appropriate action button.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Resource: This field displays the type of resource, account or ID number, location and description of the selected resource. In update, this field is inquiry only.

Owner(s): This field displays the last name, first name, and date of birth for all owners of the resource.

Percent: This field displays the percentage of the resource owned by each owner listed.

Begin Date: This field displays the date the resource ownership percentage begins.

End Date: This field displays the date the resource ownership percentage ends.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Add Additional Owner This button is enabled when a resource is selected from the Resources - Current or Resources - History window and there are other persons in the Master Case who do not have ownership in the selected resource. Select this button to open the Add Additional Owner window.
Update The Update button is enabled when a owner row is highlighted. Select this button to open the Update Owner window.
Delete The Delete button is enabled when there is more than one owner for the selected resource time period. Select this button to delete the owner. A confirmation message will appear to verify the delete action.
Help The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
