Resources - History

 WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Resources - History tab lists;

• all closed resource information.
• all resources that do not have a closed date, but where at least one of the owners are in denied, closed or ineligible status for the current month in Expert System Program cases.
• all resources that do not have a closed date, but where one of the owners is closed from the resource.

To change the information, highlight the row to be changed and use the Action buttons.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

TYPE: This field displays the type of resource.

ID/ACCT#: This field displays the identification or account number of the resource.

LCTN: This field displays the location of the resource.

DSCRPT: This field displays a description of the resource.

VALUE: This field displays the value of the resource.

BEGIN DATE: This field displays the begin date of the most current instance of the resource

CLOSE DATE: This field displays the date the resource closed:

EXCL/DSRG: This field displays a "Y" code when the resource has an exclusion or disregard reason. A "N" code will display when the resource does not have an exclusion or disregard reason.

Last Name:This field displays the last name of the person who owns the resource.

First Name: This field displays the first name of the person who owns the resource.

DOB: This field displays the person’s date of birth.

Age: This field displays the person’s current age.

Pct: This field displays the person’s ownership percentage.

Begin Date: This field displays the begin date of the ownership percentage.

End Date: This field displays the end date of the ownership percentage.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Update button is enabled when a resource or ownership row is highlighted. Select the Update button to open the Update Resource window.
	The Reopen button is enabled when a closed resource or a closed ownership row for an open resource is highlighted. Select the Reopen button to open the Reopen Resource or Reopen Owner window.
	The Close button is enabled when a resource row without a closed date or an ownership row without a closed date for a resource with more than one owner is highlighted. Select the Close button to open the Close Resource or the Close Owner popup windows.
	The Delete button is enabled when a resource row or an ownership row for a resource with more than one owner is highlighted. Select the Delete button to open the Confirm Resource Delete window or the Confirm Resource Owner Delete window.
	The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
