The Reopen Resource window is used to reopen a resource selected on the Resources - History window. This allows an existing instance of the resource to be reused or a previously closed ownership to be reopened.
There are 4 tabs at the top of the window. Each opens a separate window to change the resource information.
The Details tab is used to identify the resource by account number, location, and description.
The Owner(s) tab is used to enter resource ownership information. Multiple owners can be selected for a resource.
The Values tab is used to enter information about the value of the resource.
The Exclusion/Disregard tab is used to enter any program specific exclusions or disregards for the resource.

Resource: This field displays the type of resource that is being processed.

The OK button will be enabled when all required information has been entered for the selected resource. Select this button to save the information and return to the Resources - History window. |

The Cancel button is always enabled. Select this button to return to the Resources - History window without saving any changes. |

|
The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task. |
