Update Resource

The Update Resource windows are used to update information about the selected resource. There are 4 tabs at the top of the window. The tab that opens when the Update button is selected depends on whether the resource row or the owner row is highlighted on the Resources - Current window.

The Details tab is used to identify the resource by account number, location, and description. This tab is informational only during update.

The Owner(s) tab is used to update resource ownership information. This tab opens first when the owner row is selected on the Resources - Current window. Owner information can be updated or an additional owner added for a resource.

The Values tab is used to update information about the value of the resource. This tab opens first when the resource row is selected on the Resource - Current window.

The Exclusion/Disregard tab is used to update, add, reopen, close, or delete any program specific exclusions or disregards for the resource.

ACTION BUTTONS:

OK The OK button is always enabled. Select this button to return to the Resources - Current or Resources - History window.
Help The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
