Detail Master Case
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Detail Master Case window displays the key information regarding the Master Case including:
- a list of Master Case persons in the household and
- a list of the program cases in the household.
The drop down menus and icons on this window are used to view the detailed information and / or to process the needed actions on the Master case.

The Detail Master Case Go-to drop down menu.
The Detail Master Case Detail drop down menu.
Note: If the Master Case or any person who is IN the Household within the Master Case needs to be protected because of Domestic Violence, the information will be marked as RESTRICTED. This designation will display on the Detail Master Case window, and the Person Detail window. During the Search process, for each person within a Restricted Master Case, the restriction will also display on the Search by Address, Search by Phone and Search by Account windows. Search information will not display for Restricted Persons or Master Cases.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
The window status of Update, Add or Inquiry displays under the exit icon.
Master Case Group Box:
Name: This field displays the name of the person in whose name the Master Case is registered.
Number: This field displays the unique, system-assigned number used to identify each Master Case.
Master Case Persons List Box:
This box lists persons who are in the Household and persons who are out of the household but are active in a program case.
Scroll to right or left to view all the columns of information.
Person's who have previously been in the household but are currently in out of household status and are not active in a program case are not listed. They can be viewed on the Household Status window.
This list box will be blank for cases where all persons are out of household and all the program cases are closed.
Last: This column displays the last name of each current member of the Master Case.
First: This column displays the first name of each current member of the Master Case.
MI:This column displays the middle initial of each current member of the Master Case.
Ext: This column displays the name extension of each current member of the Master Case. Example: JR, III, IV, SR
Birth Date: This column displays the birth date of each current member of the Master Case.
Household Status: This column displays the household status each current member of the Master Case.
Begin Date: This column displays the effective date of the person’s household status.
Unborn’s Mom: This column displays the name of the unborn’s mother.
Due Date: This column displays the expected date of delivery for the unborn.
End Date: This column displays the date a pregnancy was terminated for any reason other than birth.
Person Number: This column displays the unique, system generated identification number for each person.

The Case Person icon is enabled when a person line is highlighted. Select the icon to open the Person Detail window. |

The Sanction Summary icon is enabled when a person in the Master Case has an instance of Sanction or CSE Non-Cooperation. Select the icon to open the Sanction Summary window. |
Program Cases List Box:
Program: This column displays the type of assistance programs in this Master Case.. Example: AABD/MED, MED
Assistance: This column displays the a further breakdown of the type of assistance program.
Case Name: This column displays the name of the person in whose name the program case is registered.
St: This column displays the status of the program case as of the current calendar month.
Stat Beg Dte: This column displays the begin date of the displayed status for the program case.
Mode: This column displays the specific mode of each program case.
Program ID: This column displays the system generated identification number for the program case.

Note: SNAP TBR (Transitional Benefits Reporting Category) Program Cases will now be identified at the bottom of the Detail Master Case window if there is one or more cases currently in TBR status. This is to alert Workers if actions need to be taken on a case when changes are reported.
