List Correspondence

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Correspondence window displays all correspondence created within the dates specified in the search criteria. Use the Sort and/or Filter icons to narrow the list if needed.

How Do I:

Correspondence

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Master Case Name: This displays the Master Case name

ID#: This displays the unique Master Case identification number

List Box:

Create Date: This column displays the date the correspondence was created on the system.

Type: This column displays the type of correspondence (Speednote, Notice Template, etc.)

Sent to: This column displays the name of the person or organization where the correspondence was sent.

Language: This column displays the language used to print the correspondence if it is capable of being created in more than one language.

Status: This column displays the status of the correspondence item. One of the following will display:

Status Date: This column displays the date the correspondence was created, printed or destroyed.

Case Name: This column displays the program case name if the correspondence is tied to a program case.

Program: This column displays the type of program that was associated to this piece of correspondence if the correspondence is tied to a program case.

Mail Date: This column displays the date the correspondence was mailed.

User ID: This column displays the User Logon ID of the person who created the correspondence.

ID#: This column displays the unique identification number assigned to this piece of correspondence.

ACTION BUTTONS:

More Minus Select the More Minus button to view information on a previous page. This will only enable if there is more than one page of information.
More Plus Select the More Plus button to view information on the next page. This will only enable if there is more than one page of information.
