List Correspondence Icons

Select the New icon to open the Create Correspondence window.

The Open icon is enabled when a line of correspondence is highlighted in the list. Selecting the icon to open the Detail Correspondence for the selected.

Select the Sort A to Z icon to open the Sort Correspondence window.

Select the Sort Z to A icon to open the Sort Correspondence window.

Select the Filter icon to open the Filter Correspondence window.

Select the Unfilter icon to remove any filter criteria.

Select the Policy icon to open on line policy manuals.

Select the Close icon to close the window and return to the previous window.

Select the Main Menu icon to close the window and return to the N-FOCUS Main Menu.
