Living Arrangement - History

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The History window lists the living arrangements that have ended and the living arrangements of persons who are closed, denied, or no longer in the household.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

LAST NAME: This field displays the last name of all person(s) who have had living arrangement information entered on the system.

FIRST NAME: This field displays the first name of all person(s) who have had living arrangement information entered on the system.

DOB/EDD: This field displays the person’s date of birth or expected date of delivery for an unborn.

AGE: This field displays the person’s current age.

NUMBER:  This column displays the person's Agency Related Person number.

Living Arrangement Type: This field displays the living arrangement type.

Begin Date: This field displays the date the living arrangement began. For new program cases this will be 4 months before the program begin date.

End Date: This field displays the date the living arrangement ended.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Update button is enabled to allow changes or corrections.
	The Next button will always be enabled. Help will display the help information relating to the data collection task that is active.
