Sanctions - CSENonCoop Tab

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The CSE NonCoop tab displays all current instances of Child Support non-cooperation received through the CHARTS interface.  

This tab is enabled when the Sanctions task is opened from the navigator window with a single click.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

LAST NAME:  This column displays the sanctioned person's last name.

FIRST NAME:  This column displays the sanctioned person's first name.

DOB/EDD:  This column displays the sanctioned person's date of birth.

AGE:  This column displays the sanctioned person's age.

NUMBER:  This column displays the sanctioned person's unique Person Number.

Begin Date:  This column displays the begin date of the non-cooperation status provided by CHARTS.

Begin Rcvd DT:  This column displays the date the information about beginning the non-cooperation was received from CHARTS.

End Date:  This column displays the end date of the non-cooperation status provided by CHARTS.

End Rcvd DT:  This column displays the date the information about ending the non-cooperation was received from CHARTS.

Sanction CD:  This column displays the CSE Sanction Code.

Charts ID:  This column displays Agency Related Person number (ARP).used by CHARTS.

ACTION BUTTONS: 

	Click this button to open to open the CSE Sanction Not Imposed Reason window.  Select the reason the sanction was not imposed from the drop down options.
	Click this button to open a confirmation window to remove the sanction.  Click Yes to confirm the removal of the not imposing the sanction.
	Select the Help button for information about this window.
