Confirm Person Selection

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Confirm Person Selection window opens when a person has been added to the N-FOCUS system, the person is a match to someone already on the system, and the Use Existing Person button on the Person Clearance List window has been selected.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message:

You have selected the following individual who is already on N-FOCUS.
( First and Last Name of Person)
The Information you just entered on the Add Person window will be deleted and the information already on N-FOCUS for the above individual will be used. If changes or corrections are needed, make them from the Detail Person window.
Do you want to continue?

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to add the existing person to the case or intake.
	Select the No button to close the window and return to the Person Clearance List window.
