Person List

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Person List window displays the list of persons found in the N-FOCUS system that in some way match the criteria entered in the Person Search window. Highlight a person line and select the open icon or double click on the line to view specific information about the person and avoid making a duplicate entry.

Person Search - Overview

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Person List Box:

Last:  This column displays the person’s last name.

First:  This column displays the person’s first name.

MI:  This column displays the person’s middle initial.

Ext:  This column displays the person’s name extension if they have one.

SSN:  This column displays the last four digits of the person’s Social Security number.  The first 5 digits are masked using X's.

Birth Date:  This column displays the person's date of birth.

Sex:  This column displays the M, F, or U sex code for the person.

Number:  This column displays the unique Agency Related Person (ARP) identification number for the person that is assigned by the system.

Discontinued:  This column will display a "Y" indicator if this person line has been identified as a duplicate entry. Do not use a person with this indicator. Call production Support at 1-888-281-6629 or 1-402-471-9698 for help finding the permanent line to use.

Physical Address Group Box:

When a person line is highlighted in the person list, this box displays the person's physical address as it is entered on the Detail Address window.

Mailing Address Group Box:

When a person line is highlighted in the person list, this box displays the person's mailing address if it is entered on the Detail Address window.

Telephone Numbers Group Box:

When a person line is highlighted in the person list, this box displays the person's Home, Work and or Cellular phone number as it is entered on the Telephone window.

Email Address Group box:

When a person line is highlighted in the person list, this box displays the person's Email Address as it is entered on the Detail Address window.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The More Minus button is enabled if additional pages have been viewed using the More Plus button. Use this button to return to the previously viewed pages.
	Select the More Plus button to view additional pages of information.
