Employment First Participation History

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Employment First Participation History window is a display only window. It uses the same format as the Employment First Monthly Participation Tracking window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

EF Program Case Person: This field displays the first and last name of the Employment first participant selected on the Detail Program Case window.

Participation Month Group Box:

Participation Month:Select the participation month from the drop down list. The list will include the 24 months prior to the current month.

EF Program Case Status: This field displays the status of the Employment First program case for the selected participation month.

Client Participation Group Box:

EF Component: This field is not enabled.

Number of Hours Participated: This field is not enabled.

EF Component List Box:

EF Component: This field displays the EF component(s) for the selected month.

Participation Hours for Selected Month: This field displays the number participation hours for the component.

Total Confirmed Hours of Participation: This field displays the total number of participation hours for all the components.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Add button is not enabled.
	The Update button is not enabled.
	The Delete button is not enabled.
