Children and Family Services Case

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Children and Family Services Case window is used to record the date the CFS program case was opened and the type of program case.

Add/Reopen Program Case

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Case Begin Date: Enter the date the CFS case is opened.

Population Served: Select the population served from those listed in the drop down list.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to close the window and save the changes.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without saving any changes.
