List Relative Relationships

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Relative Relationships window is accessed by clicking the Relative Notices button on the CFS Detail Program Case window. This window lists the persons identified as relatives of the children in the CFS Program Case.

Note: Only children under the age of 19 will display on this window.

Note: From this window you can also create a notice to the court regarding Relative Contacts. This document is created by selecting Actions>Create Notice to Court. Once the document is created, it will be sent by batch process.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Master Case ID :  This field displays the unique identification number the system assigned to the Master Case.

Program Case Name:The program case person indicated for the CFS Program Case window.

Relative Name: The name of the person identified as a relative to a child within the CFS Program Case.

Relationship: The relationship of the Relative Name to the child.

Child Name: The name of the child for whom the relationship involves.

Children Group Box:

The children under the age of 19 within the CFS Program Case.

Relatives Group Box:

The Relatives of the children listed in the CFS Program Case.

 

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Click the arrow select button to search for relatives.
	Click the Add Relationship button to add a relationship.
	Click the Add Notification button to generate a notice to a relative regarding the placement of a child.
	Click this icon to navigate to the Person Detail window of the person selected in the Children or Relatives Group Box.
