WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Presumptive Eligibility window is used to record the date the Presumptive Eligibility program case was opened.

Add/Reopen Program Case

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Enter the date the Medical Provider determined eligibility for Presumptive Eligibility: Enter the date the provider determined the case eligible.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to close the window and save the changes.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without saving any changes.
