This is an overview of the window that shows information regarding medication taken by a Case Person. This window is accessed by clicking the Medications button on the Detail Medical Exam window.

Medication Name: The name of the medication the Case Person is/has been prescribed.
Psychotropic Medication: Select Y or N to indicate if the Medication entered in the Medication Name field is a Psychotropic Medication.
Start Date: The date the Case Person began taking the medication.
End Date: The date the Case Person stopped taking the medication.
Comments: Enter appropriate comments regarding the medication and the use by the Case Person.

Click the Add button to add the Medication information entered in the above fields. |

Click the Update button to update a selected medication. |

Click the Delete button to delete a selected medication. |
Medication List Group Box:
Medication Name: The name of the medication the Case Person is/has been prescribed.
Begin Date: The date the Case Person began taking the medication.
End Date: The date the Case Person stopped taking the medication.
Psychotropic Med: This column indicates whether or not the medication listed is a psychotropic medication.
