Child Disclosure and Placement Agreement icons

Select the Correspondence icon to open the Search Correspondence window.

Select the Family Relationship icon to open the Family Relationship List window.

Select the Narrative icon to open the Search Narrative window.

Select the Payment Determination icon to open the Detail Payment Determination window.

Select the Professional Relationship icon to open the List Professional Relationship window.

Select the CFS Case Person icon to open the CFS Program Person Information window.

Select the Policy icon to open on-line policy manuals.

Select the Close icon to exit the window without saving any changed information and return to the previous window. If the Child Disclosure form has been printed and the Confirm Print window opens. The Child Disclosure information is NOT saved by the system.

Select the Main Menu icon to exit the window without saving any changed information and return to the N-FOCUS Main Menu.
