The Confirm Save Message window opens when updating the Status of an assessment on the Detail Safety Assessment window and selecting OK on the Safety Assessment Status Change pop-up window.
When the supervisor is updating the assessment status the following options are available.
When the staff person is updating the assessment status see Confirm Save.
Messages:
When the status is changed from READY for REVIEW to REVISIONS REQUIRED the message reads:
The Safety Assessment Status will be changed to "Revisions Requested". Do you want to continue?
When the status is changed from READY for REVIEW to FINAL the message reads:
The Safety Assessment Status will be changed to "Final". You will not be able to change the Safety Assessment once it is finalized, Do you wish to continue?

Select the Yes button to change the status of the Safety Assessment. |

Select the No button to return to the Detail Safety Assessment window without changing the Safety Assessment status. |
