Confirm Save

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Confirm Save message pop-up window opens when updating the Status of an assessment on the Detail Safety Assessment window and selecting OK on the Safety Assessment Status Change pop-up window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Messages:

When the status is changed from DRAFT to READY for REVIEW the message reads:

Were any children in the Safety Assessment determined to be unsafe?

When the No button is selected and the Safety Factors are Yes the message reads:

Safety Assessment Determination does not match the Safety Factor answers.  Review Safety Factor answers before proceeding.

ACTION BUTTON:

	Select the Yes button if the child(ren) are unsafe.  The Safety Conclusion window opens.
	Select the No button if the child(ren) are safe.  When the No button is selected and the Safety Factors are Yes the message reads

Safety Assessment Determination does not match the Safety Factor answers.  Review Safety Factor answers before proceeding.

	Select the OK button to close the message.
	Select the Cancel button to close the Confirm Save pop-up window.  The assessment status will not be updated.
