Removals tied to the Safety Assessment

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Removals tied to the Safety Assessment window is available on the Detail Safety Assessment window using the Removal icon for Safety Assessments that have been ties to a Removal.

The window displays a list of all the Removals tied to the Safety Assessment.

Highlight a person involved in Assessment line to enable the buttons.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Name:  This field displays the name of the person involved in the Removal.

Assessment Date:  This field displays the date of the Removal.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Detail button to open the Detail Removal window.
	Select the Untie button to remove an incorrect link to the Removal.
	Select the Close button to close the window and return to the Detail Safety Assessment window.
